Cook for one person in central Lisbon. Weekdays, 4 hours a day, strict longevity protocol — macros weighed, every meal logged. Plus the odd electrician call, dry-cleaner run, or printed PDF. About 5 minutes, 13 questions, your answers go straight to me.

Location
Private home in central Lisbon. On-site, not remote.
Cooking
No seed oils. No refined sugar. Grass-fed only. Organ meats weekly. Fermented food daily. Every meal weighed, macros logged in Cronometer.
Light extras
Errands when needed — calling tradespeople, picking up parcels, printing a PDF. Occasional tidy around the kitchen.
Out of scope
Deep cleaning, bathrooms, laundry. A separate housekeeper handles those if needed.
Pay
Top private-chef band for Lisbon. Tell me your number on the form. Paid trial day before any commitment.
Billing
Ideally you invoice through your own company / recibos verdes.
